- Determine the cost of quantity and components for each product.
- Stock control.
- Monitoring standard costs, monitoring components and comparing them to the actual cost and determining the rates and causes of deviation.
- Experience in working on Omega Software in the field of manufacturing.
- Experience in observing cost in the field of restaurants as a minimum of 3 years.
- Experience in a 5- star restaurant or hotel.
- Good knowledge of English.
