Communicating with our customers via phone or whatsapp to handle complains, keep them satisfied and ensure the best level of service.

Key Tasks:

• Maintain the relation with customers.
• Provide support via multiple channels.
• Welcoming and providing assistant to the guest. 
• Data entry and providing correct information.
• Manage and support other team in order to complete tasks.
