Job Title Marketing and Sales Assistant

We are in search of an accomplished and seasoned Marketing and Sales Assistant to become a valuable part of our team

Responsibilities

Identify and investigate potential sales leads through various channels, ensuring a steady flow of new opportunities for the sales team.

Manage and organize leads efficiently ensuring easy access and retrieval of information

Maintain regular follow ups on replied emails ensuring timely responses and tracking communications effectively

Track qualify and organize follow ups for website visitors

Monitor analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales campaigns providing insights to optimize future strategies

Suggest and update sales and marketing email templates to enhance performance and engagement rates

Continuously search for and implement best practices in marketing and sales to improve overall performance

Work with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing platforms to manage leads track interactions and execute campaigns

Requirements

2 years of experience in Marketing and Sales

Familiar with workflow automation software to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Familiar with Google Analytics

Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint to create reports presentations and other documents

Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members

Interest in B2B marketing and sales
