Job Description
- Create and implement a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and broadens the company's reach.
- Meet with potential clients and form long-term relationships that meet their needs.
- Recruiting sales representatives, setting targets, training and coaching them, and monitoring their performance.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to fill them.
- Increasing the percentage of profits in the company.
- Manage month-end and year-end sales closings.
- Analyzing data and preparing sales statistics and preparing budgets.
- Pricing services provided by the company.

Job Requirements
