Responsibilities

Handle the designing, writing, updating, and modifying the Human Resources and Corporate Services PPPs "Policies, Procedures, and Processes"

Responsible for the regular reviewing of the company job profiles, and ensuring the proper update or modification accordingly

Ensure that all Organizational Design databases (Ex. Org. Charts) are kept up-to-date and relevant to the business

Identify and plan changes in organizational structures and processes

Optimize naming and list of titles of all the corporate

Follow up on all structure change requests and conduct the needed study to determine their validity

Handle any additional task assigned by the CHRO or the OD senior manager

Job Requirements

Education Bachelor Degree in Business Administration /Human Resources

Experience Minimum 3 years' of experience

Good commands in English Language
