Responsibilities

Prepare and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of products and services

Analyze test results and provide test reports to the development team and to the company managers

Identify and document defects and recommend solutions

Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met

Participate in product design reviews to provide feedback on quality assurance

Write and execute test scripts

Assist in the producing of training materials and user manuals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related field

4+ years of experience in quality assurance

Experience with automated testing tools

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Understanding of software testing life cycle

Understanding of Agile/Waterfall/ Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it

Ability to work with the team
