Tele sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Selling various products and services to projects by making phone calls with customers and introducing them

Understanding customer needs and providing all the required information

Attracting new customers to the project's products and encouraging them to purchase

Responding to customer inquiries received via email and social media

Achieving various sales targets and working to increase sales

Receiving sales orders archiving them and forwarding them to the concerned person

Creating and constantly updating a database of current and potential customers.

Qualifications

A diploma from a technical institute specializing in management or any other related certificate as a minimum

A minimum of one year of experience in the same field

Fluent in English

Strong communication skills

Negotiation skills

Organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure
