Training the new captains on how to use the application

Supervising employees at different stages of the handover process

Ensuring that the delivery team within the center has successfully implemented the required operations and tasks

Managing customer expectations, evaluation, and feedback received by the customer service department and improving procedures for continuous improvement

Responsible for the working hours and vacations of the delivery captains in the center sending vacation requests daily and the work schedule monthly to the direct manager

Constant communication with the customer service department to inform about the attendance and absence of the captains and the working mechanism

Managing and organizing the delivery team and everything related to the delivery process and ensuring that the customer has been served in the best way and on time

Work to solve all delivery problems and analyze their cause in cooperation with the Department of Customer Service and ensure that the same problems do not recur

Finding ways to reduce costs and follow the continuous evaluation of the work to discuss unnecessary steps in the delivery operations with your direct manager

Finding solutions to any problem related to traffic or accident on the road and following up on the solution

Follow up the work of the delivery captains in order to ensure the accuracy and quality of the work
