Coordinate Operation activities:
- Ensuring that different departments are aligned and working together effectively.
- Analyses data in order to provide reports, as well as identifying areas for improvements.
- Documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Attend by the need of other departments.
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans.
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
