Responsibilities

Act as a support analyst for resolving EBS issues from production issues

Work with developers to create and deliver solutions

Lead technical acceptance testing of patches and upgrades related to P2P applications

Assist Oracle E-Business Suite users

Coordinate, collaborate, and work alongside other IT and business areas to ensure a properly configured and maintained ERP system

Lead project teams for system, database and application implementations, extensions, maintenance and upgrades

Lead team in the analysis, design, modeling, testing, and implementation activities within the areas of responsibility

Provide guidance and recommendations for process enhancements and efficiencies for the modules within the Oracle ERP suite of applications

Provide on-call support to business teams

Assist, mentor and train other associates

Create/ review test scenarios, scripts, test plans and execute them

Conduct system training

Requirements 

Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related field

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Oracle E-Business Suite implementation

Good communication skills

Should be able to juggle multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
