Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy and roadmap

Gather requirements and define features with management

Prioritize the product backlog for the development team

Align the team with product goals and timelines

Conduct market research to guide product decisions

Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business value

Represent the client within the development team

Review and approve or reject completed work each iteration

Monitor performance and improve features based on feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a software development environment

Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience with tools like Jira

Excellent communication, negotiation skills

Excellent leadership skills

Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
