Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Previous experience in a customer support role

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the number and type of calls and inquiries
