Location: Sheraton Hotel - Damascus

Job Brief: The customer service associate is responsible for providing fast & effective customer service to all customers using our WhatsApp Web Messaging Platform.

Job Schedule: 15 days per month 9 am - 9 pm 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage large amounts of incoming messages
• Follow communication procedures & policies
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
• Calculate & provide invoices for customers
• Generate sales
• Data Entry 

Requirements:

• Excellent English & Arabic (Spoken & Written)
• Fast keyboard typing skills (English & Arabic)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
