Duties & Responsibilities

Perform quality reviews for all deliverables created by our service providers teams

Assisting Business Development with supporting and identifying new opportunities as well as changes to steady state projects

Strong understanding of telecommunications business structures in multiple markets, business challenges, VAS services structure and internal flow

Collaborate with the clients to define the scope, inputs, outputs, approved materials, typical infrastructure, architecture, area specific requirements, and approved tools for given project

Manage and coordinate all projects technical aspects with both operator and service providers

Planning timelines, tasks, milestones and pipelines for all project details in assistant with other account managers

Provide system integration plans and execution process for every new project

Provide new solutions to any technical issues that the clients may face with provided products

Track projects’ KPIs and identify resolution points to increase revenues

Knowledge of IT, Web app development, Mobile App development, GitHub, Database integration and API integration and the ability to lead any related project

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

 

Qualifications

Software engineer

3+ years of experience

SOAP / XML

MYSQL, ORACLE

REST API / GET / POST

JAVA, C#

Project Management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent customer service skills

Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data

Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
