Supports the salesforce and leads the technical aspect of the selling process including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations and demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenue objectives.
Works closely with sales representatives that support both direct sales and reseller sales channels.
Conducting competitor analysis and Conducting market research.
Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like trade shows, company events or customer workshops.
Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands.
Articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio for both business and technical users.
Assess, analyze and understand opportunity requirements, and identify requirement gaps that may impact the solutioning.
Understand the business drivers and risks involved to the customer from the potential solution.
Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.
Qualifications
A person must have at least 5 years of experience in the sales process and possess the personality and charisma to present the product in a professional manner.
Preferably a university academic with an accounting graduate.
