Responsibilities 

Provide technical support to Unix Servers and all other Linux servers 

Build and administrate Unix/Linux Servers

Restore data from the backup in case of recovery need

Troubleshoot and provide all needed maintenance for any technical issue

Consult the IT Projects that are related to the System Section

Maintain the maximum stability of the Servers/Storages

Provide monthly healthy check reports to the line manager

Install Upgrade or patch the Servers or any other services related to system’s Unit

Support System Unit in any CR onsite or remotely Setup and maintain service security

Operate the backup system for all system including backup or restore operations

Support in deploying Backup agent over all related servers

Manage IT Storage system/network, and support System unit in all related issues

Provide any technical assessment or consultation report that may be requested by line manager

Perform documentation if needed

Provide Hardware support to MTN IT hardware in all IT Data Centers

Replace any defective part in any IT Hardware

Upgrade any firmware related to any IT Hardware

Maintain the hardware repository in main warehouse or Infrastructure warehouses

Qualifications

Education Standard Bachelors Degree Information Technology or Computer Engineering

Years Of Experience Preferably 1 years of experience

English Language Excellent command in English
