Responsibilities

Answer all customers calls (questions complaints problems ) on phone in a timely manner

Recognize opportunities to promote our products and services

Follow our companys communication scripts

Research every issue and provide solutions to customers

Make random calls to ensure quality and loyalty

Accomplish work mission by completing related duties as needed

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor Degree

1 year customer service experience

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in English

Demonstrated ability to handle customer calls displaying good phone skills

Has Multi-tasking and data entry skills

Adaptable to different personality types

For Males (Military Service) exempted or finished
