Stock control.
Monitoring standard costs, monitoring components and comparing them to the actual cost and determining the rates and causes of deviation.
Experience in working on Omega Software in the field of manufacturing.
Experience in observing cost in the field of restaurants as a minimum of 3 years.
Experience in a 5- star restaurant or hotel.
Good knowledge of English.
