Summary:
The Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves overseeing project progress, coordinating with the tech team, scheduling client demos, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the technical team. The specialist will also track and report on the project's progress until successful delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the project timeline and ensure milestones are met.
  • Tech Team Coordination: Regularly follow up with the tech team to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Client Interaction: Schedule and conduct demos with clients, gather feedback, and relay key points to the tech team.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the technical team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Reporting: Maintain logs and provide regular updates on the project's status until completion.
