Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the department.
- Dealing with employees’ complaints/customer complaints to determine appropriate solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
- Prepare and develop the annual plan.
- Work with the administration to improve processes and policies.
- Follow-up and report to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
- Determine the extent of customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate employee performance regularly.
- Determine the training programs for employees.
- Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Three Years Experience.
