Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Supervising day-to-day operations in the department.
  • Dealing with employees’ complaints/customer complaints to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Prepare and develop the annual plan.
  • Work with the administration to improve processes and policies.
  • Follow-up and report to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly goals. 
  • Determine the extent of customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate employee performance regularly.
  • Determine the training programs for employees.
  • Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Three Years Experience.
