Main Tasks:
- Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers, collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
- Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.
- Ensures that team are informed about changes to company products and services.
- Manages the customer service team and ensures they comply with company guidelines & prepares monthly reports summarizing team’s performance.
 
Job Requirements:
- University/Institute degree in Business Administration – Preferred in Marketing specialization.
- Three years of experience in Customer Service field.
- Excellent communication & team player skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skill.
