Job Description

• Provide support to employees and follow up their requests until resolving with appropriate corrective action.
• Troubleshoot laptops' hardware and software, and conduct hardware failure and maintenance needs.
• Evaluate the returned IT hardware (laptops) , and report maintenance needs to the concerned party.
• Maintain IT asset inventory. 
• Activate, de-activate and troubleshoot VPN accounts connectivity. 
• Maintain LANs, internet access and IP range assignment in Headquarter.
• plan and purchasing IT equipment (laptops, routers, accessories) in coordination with other departments.
