We're in the market for an innovative Motion Graphic Designer to develop engaging, audience-focused visual content across various platforms at Workiom. Your expertise in UI animation, screen recording manipulation, and motion graphics will play a pivotal role in producing a variety of promotional materials, such as advertising videos, banners for blog covers, social media post designs, and UI animations. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with various team members, including freelancers, in video, writing, graphic design, and social media, bringing Workiom's visual narrative to life for our target audience.

Responsibilities

Create a variety of advertising videos, UI animations, and promotional materials.

Design engaging banners for blog covers and social media post designs.

Manipulate screen recordings to create visually engaging content.

Collaborate with various team members and freelancers across video, writing, graphic  design, and social media.

Produce various video content materials tailored for specific targets or audiences.

Adapt and reprioritize assignments depending on company needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in motion design content production, preferably in the tech industry or non-profit organizations.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.

Significant experience in creating engaging UI animations and manipulating screen recordings.

Proficiency in designing banners for blogs, cover images, and social media posts.

● Knowledge of 3D is a plus.

A portfolio showcasing skills and creativity in motion design, UI animation, graphic design, banner creation, and social media post design.

Comfortable with remote work and fluent in the use of collaborative tools for team communication and cloud files.

Open to occasional travel for specific meetings.

Proficiency in English is a must.
