Responsibilities

Understanding of wood manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality standards

Proficiency in wood processing, including cutting, shaping, finishing, and the operation and maintenance of relevant machinery

Analyze production data and implement data-driven decisions

Implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet the required industry standards

Identify and troubleshoot production issues

Manage financial aspects of the manufacturing process, including cost control and budget management

Manage budgets and forecasts

Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or any related engineering discipline

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role

Strong leadership skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong analysis skills

Fluent in English
