We are seeking an Operation Manager for a food delivery company.
Responsible for the operations of the company, to ensure success by providing operational leadership, with a goal of achieving 100% customer satisfaction while ensuring consistency and adherence to all operating standards for call center, customer care service and delivery personnel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Must be competent in developing and recommending operating plan.
- Ensure crisis management system is followed as required to maintain efficient operations.
- Ensure good public relations efforts as required enhancing and preserving a good company image.
- Lead the team to create, develop and update any related procedures/ systems and operational manual. Coach, counsel and develop call center personnel and captains.
- Ensure proper training phases are successfully completed of all call center personnel in relation to their development.
- Ensure all staff are aware of expectations and performance standards.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all time
- Ensure restaurants, shops resolve customer complaints in a proper and swift manner.
