Job Description

As a Podcast Producer, you will play a key role in the creation and production of our podcast content. You will work closely with the content team to develop, plan, and execute podcast episodes from conception to completion. This role requires a creative and organized individual who is passionate about podcasts and audio storytelling

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling podcast episode ideas and series concepts

Write episode scripts and outlines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines

Ensure timely delivery of podcast episodes according to the production schedule

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote podcast episodes across various platforms and channels

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in media production, journalism, or a related field

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

A passion for podcasts and audio content, with a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
