product owner with project management capabilities to serve our Integrated Project and Product Specialist

Your primary mission will be to guide teams through the agile development process ensure product visions align with business objectives manage project timelines analyze business requirements mentor and motivate the teams to improve processes facilitating meetings and decision making processes

Responsibilities

Guide the team on how to use Agile Scrum practices

Facilitate daily stand ups sprint planning and reviews

Participate in business meetings with clients and write the minutes of meetings files

Understand and communicate the stakeholder requirements by setting a common vision that guides the scrum process

Keeping abreast of the continuous project updates and determining what the client wants to update and add to the project

Setting timelines roadmaps growth and success criteria

Follow requirement engineering practices in scoping prioritizing and validating product features within an ordered backlog and adapt deliverables accordingly

Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals

Manage product backlog in terms of creating new user stories and specifying their acceptance criteria

Provide Training for clients teams on final products

Software testing and each step

Provide CX & BRS files for clients

Provide the change request

Qualification & Skills

Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a relevant field preferred

2 years of experience as a product owner or similar role

Strong understanding of the Agile framework and principles

Exceptional organizational multitasking and time management skills

Leadership and management experience

Presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
