Job Description 

  • Supports the salesforce and leads the technical aspect of the selling process including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations and demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenue objectives. 
  • Works closely with sales representatives that support both direct sales and reseller sales channels.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and Conducting market research.
  • Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.
  • Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like trade shows, company events or customer workshops.
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands.
  • Articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio for both business and technical users.
  • Assess, analyze and understand opportunity requirements, and identify requirement gaps that may impact the solutioning.
  • Understand the business drivers and risks involved to the customer from the potential solution.
  • Prepare sales proposals and train other sales representatives from time to time.

Qualifications

  • A person must have at least 5 years of experience in the sales process and possess the personality and charisma to present the product in a professional manner.
  • Preferably a university academic with an accounting graduate.
  • Strong communication and Presentation skills.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and prioritize work accordingly.
  • Strong management and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
