A delivery application is looking for an experienced, energetic, and creative Social Media Specialist to join their team.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for following up Social Media strategies to increase online presence and increase audience engagement. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to produce impactful social media content.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and responding to user comments and messages about topics relevant to the company’s service
• Write long- and short-form social media captions and push notifications that attract new users and engage current users
• Work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, write copy, manage social communities, and analyze data
• Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions
• Monitoring page statistics such as unique visitors, page views, and repeat visitors to help determine advertising effectiveness
• Scheduling and posting content on social media Facebook, Instagram, or other sites as needed
• Coordinating with marketing teams to develop strategies for engaging users with content on social media sites
• Manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment on short deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in Social Media
• Excellent Arabic writing skills.
• Demonstrable creative social media experience
• Deep understanding of digital marketing practices and platforms
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong command of social media best practices, trends and platform changes
• Have strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
