Duties and Responsibilities

Apply operating system installation and configuration changes

Schedule and perform system upgrades 

Implement and administrate network services, clustered, and virtualized environments 

Monitor performance and troubleshoot alerts using monitoring tools

Perform daily system monitoring verify the integrity and availability of server resources sys tems and key processes 

Review system and application logs when needed and verify completion of scheduled system jobs

Administrate and maintain system user accounts and privileges across various systems de pending on the business needs of each user

Perform basic scripting related to perform Administrators tasks and verify completion of them

Implement backup systems operations according to projects requirements

Maintain technical documentation for all systems operations and plans 

Participate in knowledge transfer to lower level sys admin team members

Qualifications and Requirements 

Educational Bachelors Degree in Computer Science IT Engineering 

Experience 2 in system administration 

Operating systems professional Certificate or Storages Management Professional Certificates are plus
