Responsibilities

Selling a variety of products and services to businesses by engaging in phone calls with customers and introducing these offerings to them

Understanding customer needs and supplying them with all the necessary information

Acquiring new customers and persuading them to buy the project's products

Responding to customer inquiries received through email and social media

Meeting different sales targets and striving to increase sales

Receiving sales orders, recording them, and passing them on to the relevant personnel

Establishing and regularly updating a database for both current and potential customers

Qualifications

An institutional degree in administration or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in the same field

Fluent in English

Strong communication skills

Negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure
