Job Description:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- +2 years of proven experience as an HR officer or other HR position
- Excellent people & communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Long-term commitment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Develop training and development programs and coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Assist with payroll.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
