About Company

Bogeyman (البعبع) is a youth-led initiative that works on youth-related issues, specifically issues of bullying, social cohesion, hate speech, nonviolent communication, and mental health.

It was founded in 2019 by a group of young activists as an attempt to create a society that is free of hate. 

Using interactive tools and a youth-friendly language, in an attempt to build bridges that strengthen social ties between Syrians.

Vision:

A hate-free society in which all individuals communicate in a safe environment based on respect and accept each other regardless of their differences.

Mission:

Bogeyman works directly with individuals, diverse communities, governmental and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), initiatives, teams, civil society organizations, the private sector, and academic and educational institutions, to create safer social environments and empower the most vulnerable people by providing advice, education, support, and high-quality resources.
