Workplace Safety

Ensure that workplace safety policies are in place and adhered to

Conduct regular safety audits and manage workers compensation claims

HR Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Provide HR expertise to senior management on organizational development
