Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and passionate HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates, planning and organizing interviews, events, and meetings, as well as developing and implementing orientation plans. They will be a strategic partner in driving the company's talent acquisition strategy and enhancing our employer brand. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

2. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates using various recruiting and selection tools/methods to form a pool of qualified candidates.

3. Work with the company managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.

4. Organize and schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events efficiently, ensuring smooth communication and prompt reporting.

5. Conduct pre-employment background checks and coordinate employment offers with selected candidates.

6. Implement, and manage orientation plans for new employees.

7. Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

8. Stay current on market trends and innovative recruiting techniques to stay competitive in attracting top talents.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively.

5. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.

6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

7. Ability to handle confidential information.

8. Experience with social media recruiting.
