Job Description

• Implementation of quality standards throughout the company.
• Reviewing and preparing QA-controlled documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines. 
• Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards. 
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
• Review and report the results if the quality process is not followed in the company's operations.
• Complex and more sensitive processes and process workflows ensuring analysis and finding root causes.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to develop policies and protocols that align with best practices.
• Maintain meticulous records and generate reports to communicate quality assurance findings effectively.
• Assessing the adequacy of the implementation of quality assurance standards through company analysis.
• Assess the adequacy of quality control models, procedures and implementation of checklists across the company.
  
  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or related degree and/or demonstrated equivalent.
• knowledge in CMMI.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Expert communication skills to facilitate and disseminate information.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of technical documents and reports.
