Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle the tasks assigned by the SM media planner in terms of posting the requested social media content through the different platforms.
- Create and maintain relevant social media accounts.
- Collect customer data and analyze interactions and visits.
- Working hard to increase the outreach/Views/likes of the posts.
- Respond and communicate effectively and efficiently with the respective followers of the companys social media interfaces.
- Report to the supervisor immediately in case of any customer claim. – Research related topics, and post new content for key user audiences to maintain a positive, relevant presence for our clients.
- Managing consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all comments, messages, reviews, and visitors posts.
Requirement
- 1- 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing, social media planning position.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Writing skills in English/Arabic.
